Hillbilly Road

I recently bought a CD with this song on it. The words are lovely, though I would have tweaked it a bit. It sums up some of the things that are good about living in the mountains.

  1. I hope you can continue this blog, Linda. You sound as if you are starting off in reflective mood and mode - and isn't that part of treechanging and seachanging.

A part of my life was treechanging at Bluewater, just north of Townsville in the shadow of the World Heritage listed rainforest. However, the dearly beloved departed this world and our dreams of what we would do in that part of the world went with him. I then came to the Melbourne to live with my daughter. And another adventure came into my life.

Love John Williamson, BTW. Saw him once when I lived in Tennant Creek.

    Blessings and bliss,
    Brigid

  2. Thanks for the encouragement Brigid. I must fix the colours again for the writing. I had them right then had to reinstal background when they did their upgrade at the background site.

  6. In NSW the names of the town seem to be the same as Victorian ones but always slightly different. Murrindindi in Victoria is a Shire that includes Yea and some of the bushfire places from a year ago, and I lived there in 2003.
